Conference fees , Inclusions & Itinerary

Conference fee for residential delegation

• Priority Registrations are now closed

• Regular Registration: Until December 2024​

  • Delegate Fee: INR 3500

  • Additional Faculty Advisor Fee: INR 2500

​

Inclusions:​

• Conference meals: 6 meals from breakfast on 10th January to lunch on 12th January including snacks.

• Pre-Conference Training: This includes General Preparation Guide and Committee specific Background Guides, authored by the Committee Directors and the Secretariat that will help all delegates prepare better for the conference. The training also includes online training webinars, run by the Secretariat and Directors, that will equip delegates with information and material to excel at the conference.

• Conference Events: Entry to all Conference Events, including Leadership Forum and Social Night. 

• Faculty Agenda: Faculty Advisor Agenda comprising of Engaging Workshops

• Certificate: Every delegate and faculty advisor will receive a certificate of participation after the conference
